H.R. 5005 — Oppose -- Would weaken ATF enforcement power, limit access to crime gun trace data, and loosen restrictions on the importation of non-sporting firearms.

H.R. 5092 — Oppose -- Would gut ATF's power to revoke the federal firearms licenses of corrupt gun dealers.

Take Action on 5005 and 5092!

These laws are supported by the NRA--could the reason be that a board member’s gun shop was shut down by the ATF due to ‘losing’ 472 weapons!  The board member has been identified as Sanford Abrams.  Isn’t it funny that when the ATF enforces existing law, the NRA pushes to change nullify or loosen the law?

 August 23-24, 2004 - Update - Halt the Assault Pink Van in Town.  The Pink Van's visit was very successful.  We were warmly welcomed wherever we stopped on Tuesday.  The press conference was very well attended.  Many thanks to all especially to Sister Marian of CureD'Ars Church.
